How it works

Puzzles as a mirror of the team

Puzzle Challenge is not a conventional team building activity. It is a controlled environment where team dynamics become visible and measurable — through time pressure, logic problems and competition.

All participants solve the same puzzles. But every team solves them differently — revealing who leads, who dominates, who collaborates, who stays on the sidelines. The results are always surprising.

All puzzles are language-independent and require no specific knowledge or prior skills. Just logic, communication and teamwork.

01
Team formation
Each team receives an identical set of puzzles. There can be 2, 3 or 4 teams, with 5 to 30 members per team. A Game Master monitors each team individually.
02
60 or 90 minutes of competition
Teams solve logical, visual and organisational problems. Results are tracked on screen in real time — tension builds right to the final second.
03
Three difficulty levels
Puzzles are classified by difficulty and carry proportional points. Easier ones can be solved quickly, but harder ones score more — strategy is part of the game.
04
Debrief and results
After the game, the Game Master presents results and insights into team dynamics. Competitiveness, leadership, trust — everything becomes clear and measurable.
Session flow

What happens during the game

/ 01 🎯
Briefing and team split
The team arrives at the venue. The Game Master explains the rules and game format. Participants are split into teams — by your choice or ours. The atmosphere is already tense.
/ 02 🧩
Competition
60 or 90 minutes of intensive puzzle-solving. Each team sees results in real time. The Game Master monitors dynamics and logs earned points.
/ 03 📊
Results and debrief
The winning team is announced. A debrief follows — a discussion of game dynamics, leadership and collaboration. Insights are concrete and directly applicable to the workplace.
What the game reveals

Measurable insights into organisational culture

"During competition, the organisational culture within teams becomes strikingly clear and measurable. What remains hidden in day-to-day work for months — becomes visible in 60 minutes."
Competitiveness
When team members compete against each other — it shows in the lack of collaboration and fragmented effort. The team loses because everyone plays for themselves.
🔍
Analytical culture
Recognisable by organised game management led by one person who naturally emerges as a leader. The team works systematically and efficiently.
🤝
Trust and collaboration
Lack of trust shows in poor results — insufficient willingness to help others or hand over tasks that aren't going well. Trust is either built or exposed.
📐
Decision-making
Decisions made in advance have the greatest impact on the final result. The game clearly shows who in the team plans ahead and who only reacts to stimuli.
💬
Information flow
Do information flow freely between team members? Good decisions are impossible without sharing. The game puts this to the test for every participant individually.
🎯
Shared goals
Replacing "my goals" with "our goals" is not easy. The game reveals whether the team truly shares the same objective or whether everyone optimises for themselves under pressure.
What the game tests

Four pillars of every successful team

Puzzle Challenge is not entertainment for its own sake. The game is designed so that under time pressure and competition, it tests those aspects of teamwork that are rarely visible in day-to-day business — yet always affect results.

Pillar 01
Planning under pressure
Who makes a plan and who jumps straight to the first puzzle? Teams that organise their approach upfront consistently achieve better results — the same holds true in business.
Pillar 02
Information flow
Does every team member know what others are doing? Is knowledge shared or hoarded? The game precisely shows how efficiently information circulates within the group — and where bottlenecks form.
Pillar 03
Collaboration and trust
Some puzzles require handing a task to a colleague who handles it better than you. Teams with trust delegate faster and progress faster. Those without trust — get stuck.
Pillar 04
Shared goal
Team victory is not the sum of individual successes. The game reveals whether each participant optimises for the team or for themselves — and that difference shows on the scoreboard within 15 minutes.
